FAQ: Astral Pregnancy, Astral & Spiritual Children
The intention of this FAQ is to explain commonly used terms and to provide clarity and context around astral pregnancy. Many of the ideas discussed here are drawn from metaphysical tradition, energy work, and personal accounts of astral travel and higher consciousness.

But what exactly is a spirit child? Well, its not 100% easy to explain and there are differing opinions on the exact details. In my understanding, a spirit child is a new soul that is formed in the 5th Dimension of Consciousness (5D), the astral world, higher dimensions, or higher planes of existence.
New souls are created in many different ways, but ultimately the result is a new soul, which is a form of energy not much different than our physical bodies, just in a different plane of existence from our own. Whether the soul you carry and eventually birth comes to exist in our own dimension or even our own planet will depend on the souls desires and wishes. Not all souls that we create incarnate here on Earth.
But here it is important to note that just merely being conscious doesn't mean you can create a spirit child. There is a degree of spirituality and connection to higher planes of existence that occurs, such as astral travel or being psychically linked to another being either in our physical world or other planes of existence. Where this conception occurs is more about spiritual alignment than a physical location.
Men tend to hold their children in either the Sacral or Solar Plexus, and this energy is transmitted out through their bodies as a light source. In some cases, men will develop an astral womb like structure that they are able to sense and feel within their bodies, but is not visible or present in their physical body.
What is an astral body?
The astral body is a energetic field that exists alongside the physical body. It is a part of us that can move beyond the physical world, especially during dreams, meditation, or astral travel. It acts as a vehicle for consciousness, allowing experiences in non-physical realms sometimes called the astral plane, higher planes or dimensions. The astral body is used to explore energy work, spirituality, or for out-of-body experiences.What is astral travel?
Astral travel, also called astral projection, is the experience of consciously leaving the physical body and moving through non-physical or spiritual realms using the astral body. It as a state where awareness separates from the physical form, allowing exploration of the astral planes, a space of energy, thought, and spirit. People can encounter vivid environments, beings, or sensations of flight and freedom. Astral travel is an important practice in many traditions often linked to meditation, lucid dreaming, and expanded states of consciousness.What are Spirit Children?
This is a relatively new concept, circa 1970s, but throughout history (thousands of years) many have written about similar experiences. Spirit Children have many names like astral children, soul child, spirit child, divine child, indigo child, rainbow child, etc. The list can go on for the many names that people have given to the same experience.But what exactly is a spirit child? This one is not always straight forward to answer, while keeping this PG. I hope people who are reading this understand the basic concept of reproduction, the birds and the bees, so to speak. Well, here it is a similar concept, but only with energy. Two energies merge together to form and create a new energy – the spirit child. This can be done in a number of ways, but usually when it happens, consciously, there is sex involved.
But here it is important to note that just merely being conscious doesn't mean you can create a spirit child. There is a degree of spirituality and connection to higher planes of existence that occurs, such as astral travel or being psychically linked to another being either in our physical world or other planes of existence. Where this conception occurs is more about spiritual alignment than a physical location.
What is astral pregnancy?
In simple terms, a pregnancy that occurs within your astral body.How do I get pregnant?
Birds and the bees again... In most cases, the two people have sex and there is an exchange of energy between them which results in conception of an astral or spirit child.Some people report that there is no known source of the energy exchange, meaning they were either not conscious or they were impregnated without their knowledge. Yes, this does happen.
Still in discussing this with other people who have experienced astral pregnancy, they describe their energy as being high vibrational and attracting a low vibration entity that inhabits their body and conceives the child with you.
Who or what gets you pregnant varies: humans, aliens, deities, spirits, demons, negative energy (without form), or even your higher-self.
In general, you need a partner to get pregnant. You can get pregnant by multiple partners and be a surrogate mother to carry the child of another couple.
It's also important to mention that the astral plane is an energy plane, meaning the exchange of energy doesn't need to be done by a sexual exchange of energy. As long as there is an exchange of energy, you can get pregnant.
What it feels like to carry the child can also vary. Some have described it as being like a normal pregnancy, while others have said it was the most violent and unpleasant experience they ever had.
In general, most people describe their experience or symptoms like being pregnant with a physical child, a growing pressure within, discomfort as their body adjusts to their presence, food cravings, feeling their movements. Fairly normal stuff.
For men, this varies. One man I have talked with said it felt like an explosion of light, energy, with pure joy and fear at the same time, coming out of his belly button. He knew what astral pregnancy was because his partner and him had been having spirit children for some time when he got pregnant. Yet, another man described his experience like having terrible gas or flatulence near his bellybutton, no other pain, and then in the blink of an eye and there was the child, a ball of energy in his hands.
Some men develop an astral uterus and vaginal opening to facilitate the birth of the spirit child, yet have no physical changes to their bodies.

How long does an astral pregnancy last?
This varies greatly. In researching this topic I can across a range of timings, from seconds to years. The energy that is put into the child determines how fast they grow and develop to reach a stage where they can leave your astral body.How many children can I have?
This one I will break down into two questions and answers to better answer the question fully.
How many children can I have at once?
Unlimited. Since the physical body is not involved in the creation, growth, and birth during an astral pregnancy, you and your partner are only limited by the energy that is used to create the children. The source of that energy does comes from your astral body which can be affected by your physical body.Most people only have one or two children at a time.
How many children can I have in total?
Unlimited. Again, this answer seems like a cop-out, but the truth is, it is not limited like the physical body. As a human, most reproduction (in women) stops around age 45-50. The astral body is an energy field and is not limited to age or even sex. This is why woman and men can both carry spirit children. So, as long as you can astral travel, you can become pregnant with a spirit child. How long and how many children you can have is up to you and how often you choose to interact with the astral planes. This can occur from birth to death.
I just gave birth. Now what?
Most people who give birth never see their spirit child again. This is the choice of the spirit child and your own. Some stick around, but most choose to leave to begin their own lives.
Do I need to raise the child?
Not always, but some do stick around for a time. In some cases, the child may cling to the parent or parents to gain knowledge, pass along messages, learn life lessons, or to teach life lessons to the parents. Some children visit, but most do not.Some children may need to be nursed or feed on energy to grow, but in general, most children once born are fully mature and able to leave their parent(s).
Does the other parent need to stick around?
No. It would be ideal if that happened, but it is not a requirement for the pregnancy, birth, or raising of a child for both parents to remain together.I didn't agree to this! Isn't consent required?
In some cases, your consent is not required or can be considered implied. Is that rape? Yes, by our definitions it is, but we are not the only beings that exist in this universe, so there are different rules that apply when you jump consciousness and explore the astral realms, even in your sleep.During sleep we can travel the astral planes, this is not considered consent in many cases if you are unaware and most other astral beings choose to respect the lack of awareness and not copulate with you. However, there is no set rules or restrictions and some believe that if you are able to access the astral planes, you have given implied consent with or without your knowledge of astral travel.
Note: I am not saying rape is morally right or wrong, nor am I justifying harm, abuse, or violations or consent in any form. I am just stating that it does happen during astral travel and that other planes of existence have different beliefs than those of humans. Some belief systems interpret these experiences differently, though this does not reflect ethical or legal standards in the human world.

Don't we have Free Will?
Many people believe in free will, that we are able to make our own choices freely and independently of any outside force, including if you believe, the creator of the universe. Whether or not free will exists is not really what I am discussing, but it does play into beliefs that surround spirit children and their creation.Sometimes our free will is taken away or restricted by others. This is common as a human, with controlling people or being forced to do something against our will. It is not right ethically or morally, but it does occur. This also applies to astral travel, sometime our free will is violated.
Free will with spiritual children doesn't always exist. That doesn't mean you do not have options, it just means, you may be limited in your own beliefs because you do not see all the options so you feel restricted.
I mentioned being raped; you may be forced to conceive the child, but you do not always need to carry the child to its birth. What you choose to do, either carry the child or abort the child is part of your own free will.

Yes. This is a decision that the parent needs to take seriously, just like in the physical world. Ethically, I will not comment on morals of right or wrong. We all need to make difficult choices and this one is no different.So, How do you have an abortion of a spirit child?
Within certain belief systems, people describe various symbolic or energetic methods for ending an astral pregnancy. these descriptions are shared at a conceptual level and are not instructions or recommendations.

Can men get pregnant?
Yes. Gender is a concept that doesn't always exist on the astral or higher planes. Since we are all energy, there is no gender distinctions between male and female humans in the astral form. That is not to say that there are no gender roles, but men are able to conceive, grow, and deliver a spirit child.Men tend to hold their children in either the Sacral or Solar Plexus, and this energy is transmitted out through their bodies as a light source. Yes. Anyone can become astrally pregnant, but twin flames are at a higher predisposition to becoming pregnant and having spirit children because they are spiritually linked through their connection to each other.Not all twin flames will have spirit children.

This stored trauma is released through the creation of the spirit child. A form of healing. This form of healing can happen to anyone, but generally only happens to people who are spiritually awakened.
When a person awakens, they are raising their own energy and this energy can act like a magnet drawing to them the energy of a being who desires to have a child, whether you want to or not. This is why a lot of people practice astral body shielding, where they guard themselves against attacks from unwanted sources.
How is it possible to create a soul through astral pregnancy?
Good question. For this answer we need to think back to science and the theory that energy is neither created or destroyed, but transformed from one form to another.In astral pregnancy, the energy comes from both of the sources of energy that are combining to form this new energy or soul.

As with a physical pregnancy, there are mental health changes that occur. In a physical pregnancy, hormones surge and cause varying changes, but in an astral pregnancy, those symptoms are usually more energetic, symbolic in nature. You have a maturing soul growing in your astral body! Their energy can pull and push against your own energy and this can cause a disruption in your physical body, leading to mental health issues. When you feel like your mental health is at risk, first seek mental help, then consider releasing the child from your astral body so that you can rebalance your energy.
How do I cleanse my astral body after a pregnancy?
This is done through meditation, grounding, and centering. Through meditation, you can calm your mind to allow you access to your astral body. Then you can release excess energy by visualizing it flowing out of your astral body, down into the earth, and then pulling back up your own energy into your astral body. Centering is another term for balancing your chakras. As you pull your own energy back up into your body, you redistribute the energy throughout your body so that your energy is even and not concentrated in a single area or chakra.
