Refunds, Returns, and Shipping Policy

At Athena's Attic LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policies below regarding refunds, returns and shipping.
Customer Eligibility
Athena's Attic LLC is a U.S.-based business and does not sell to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We only sell to customers based in the United States or U.S. Territories. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we will not be able to ship to US Military Bases.Returns & Refunds
This section details how returns and refunds are processed based on how an item is purchased.
Physical Products (In-Store Purchases)
Returns are accepted for refund or replacement (if available; some items are one-of-a-kind).- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased.
- A receipt is required for all returns.
- Clothing must be unworn and have original tags attached.
- Returns must be made during normal business hours.
Flea Markets, Fairs, Pop-Up Booths or Other Temporary Locations
- All sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these transactions.
- Please inspect all items carefully before purchase.
Online Orders of Physical Products
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased.
- A receipt is required for all returns.
- Clothing must be unworn and have original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Customers must contact us for a Return Authorization before shipping items back.

Some online physical products may be sold: As Is, No Returns, No Refunds.
- These items are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless there is an error on our part.
Digital Products
- No returns or refunds are accepted unless Athena's Attic LLC made an error in order fulfillment (e.g., wrong file sent).
- Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase.
- If there is an error made by the customer (e.g., misspelled email), contact us within 14 business days of the purchase at manager@athenasatticllc.com. Include:
- Name and email address used at purchase
- Purchase date and approximate time
- Invoice number
Herbs and Spices
All herbs and spices are sold as Final Sale. No returns or refunds are accepted unless there is an error on our part.Fulfillment Errors, Inventory Issues, and Damaged Items
- If an item is unavailable due to incorrect inventory or overselling, a full refund will be issued.
- If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
- Customers must retain all packaging and contents.
- Customers must cooperate with insurance claims submitted to the shipping carrier. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of refund or replacement.
- In some cases, the original damaged item may need to be returned.
- For multi-piece items, all pieces must be returned for a refund to be issued. Partial refunds will not be provided for items you choose to keep.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refused Deliveries
Items marked “Refused” and returned to Athena's Attic LLC will not be refunded.If an item is refused due to damage, it will be considered refused and will not be refunded.
Items held at post office/location for pickup, not picked up or retrieved and are later returned to Athena's Attic LLC will be considered refused and will not be refunded.
Undeliverable Addresses
If an item is returned due to a customer-provided addressing error, we will reach out to you through the provided email address and phone number provided during checkout.We will attempt to contact you 3 (three) times before taking these actions:
- If an item is returned due to a customer-provided addressing error and we are unable to reach you: A 15% restocking fee and shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- If the addressing error is due to Athena's Attic LLC, and we are able to contact you: A full refund will be issued or we will cover reshipping costs if you can provide a valid mailing address.
- If we are unable to contact you and an item is returned to Athena's Attic LLC as "undeliverable" more than 30 days after the sale date, no refund will be provided.
Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS, USPS, and/or FedEx within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Returned Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for errors made by shipping carriers.If your package is reported lost by the carrier, notify us within 7 business days of notification of item lost.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package if possible.
- If the carrier confirms the item is lost, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement.
- Until the carrier marks the item as lost, we will be unable to issue a refund.
- You must return the package to Athena’s Attic LLC or we may charge you for the unreturned merchandise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping.
In some cases an item will be marked damaged by the carrier and returned to Athena's Attic LCC or not at all. Please reach out to us if you see or receive a message that says the item is being returned due to damage.
Stolen Packages
If a shipping carrier marks a package as “Delivered” but it is missing, it is considered stolen.- No refunds or replacements will be issued for stolen items.
- Please contact your local police department to report the theft.
- We will provide documentation to support your report, including contents, value, proof of shipping, and proof of delivery from the carrier.
Restricted Regions – Sales Not Permitted
Athena’s Attic LLC does not sell or distribute digital or physical products to the following countries and regions due to legal and compliance restrictions:- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
